Order and Delivery Terms
Export Deliveries (State 15.05.2000, changes, errors and omissions excepted)
Basically necessary for the treatment of purchase orders for spare parts is a purchase order that contains the following details (Fax-message is sufficient):

Customer´s Order-No.
Fuji-Part-No. and description of the part
Quantity
Priority

Priority A
Special Courier (DDU Plant)
All transportation costs are paid by the customer
If necessary the delivery can be combined with a flight
The Purchase Order has to be in our hands latest 16:00 h
Priority B
Over Night shipment / DDU nearest airport
Customer´s share of cost 120 €
Customer´s Purchase Order has to be in our hands, depending on the flight schedule and customs clearance, latest at 10.00 h-12.00 h
Priority C
Delivery after 3-4 weeks
Transportation cost to the destination airport (DDU nearest airport) covered by Fuji Machine MFG, if the total amount of the Purchase Order is higher than 250 €
If the amount is less than 250 € we have to charge 100€ transportation cost
Warranty Parts
Standard transportation cost for Warranty Spare Parts (based on an entitled Warranty-Request) are covered by Fuji Machine MFG (DDU nearest airport).
In case of urgent transport the caused extra costs have to be paid by the customer.

Vitronics Soltec Support

We have factory trained Engineers based in UK and Ireland who can support your Wave, Reflow and Selective Soldering Machines.

We can provide on-site support and telephone support for all Vitronics Soltec machines.
